The tool. The Wake Window Calculator is a free, educational tool. It generates typical sleep schedules from published pediatric sleep guidance ranges.

Not medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The tool describes typical patterns, not your child. Always consult a qualified pediatrician about your baby's health and sleep.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Schedules are estimates; real babies vary. Use at your own discretion.

Permitted use. Personal, non-commercial use is free and encouraged, including printing schedules for your own family. You may not resell or rebrand the tool as your own service.

Changes. We may update the tool and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
